Negative ghost rider. You don’t get to eat the fruit of a poisoned tree, which this is. Would revert to the last contender.

That's not how it works. Donald Trump is not in the line of succession anywhere. If the POTUS dies/removed/whatever, then the VP takes over. Something happens to her, it goes to the Speaker of the House, the President Pro Tem, Sec of State, and so on.

All of those are Dems.

If all of them (including all of Congress let's imagine) were to be wiped out then one of 2 things could happen -- either the Deputy Secretary of State or whoever would be Acting Secretary of State [probably a career official] would accede to be SOS and also Acting POTUS.

Either that or if governors can appoint 100 new Senators in time, the Senate would vote on a new Pro-Tem [either seniormost Dem or Rep at that point depending on the balance of power with gubernatorial appts.] and they would be Acting POTUS, depending on whether the appointments or the ascension of Deputy SOS to SOS would happen first.

It is unclear however if Acting Secretaries can become Acting President, since it has never happened and it has never been answered by the SCOTUS. Thus, the most plausible option would be that one of the Congressional leaders (if all of Congress were to be wiped out, 100 new gubernatorial appts and new elected Pro Tem, if the House still exists then SOTH) would be Acting Pres.

Bottom line is if military were to "remove Joe and Kamala" like some here are fantasizing, it would go down to the line of succession. If everyone in the line of succession didn't exist (i.e. something catastrophic happened to all of DC), the most plausible manner for choosing an acting POTUS would be through senatorial appointment and the Senate voting on a new Pro Tem.

There is no "reverting" to the old administration. They're not in the line of succession. Their terms have expired.

In this hypothetical scenario where the military has just removed the ‘President’ from power, the line of succession is whatever the military says it is.

These people can't see past the worthless processes and procedures that has led us to this. We need a great reset, just not the kind that those globalist faggots want.

It's not going to be Trump who takes over after Biden. It's going to be the Military.

The military is the only way. Biggest advanced drop on /pol.

What are you talking about? Are you like some Q fool? If you want to make a case that the government is inherently illegitimate … which it is … then do so. But I just can't stand that utter nonsense.

This is also not how it works. If POTUS dies/is removed, VP becomes POTUS and chooses a new VP. It would only got to SotH if the VP died/was removed before choosing a new VP (who can be literally anyone in the country who is eligible).

In this hypothetical scenario, I was describing what would happen if both Biden and Harris were to be removed from office. And then I also was describing what would happen if the whole line of succession died at once.

The Constitution.

"The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin."

-- 20th Amendment, Section 1.
