They are violating rights and initiating the gathering of data from all sources, including banks and cell towers, without probable cause. They're committing illegal search and seizures in search of crimes, rather than as a result of probable cause that an individual has committed a crime. This is a mass violation of the rights of tens of thousands of Americans, and a violation and abuse of the law by the FBI.
