Once a certain concentration of wealth is reached there is really not that much to do with it except exert political power. I don't really agree with that first statement for that reason as well. The Ultra Ultra rich are definitely a problem on their own as we are basically at their mercy to hope they act ethically because their economic power is so great it can be used to heavily influence or curtail political power.
