This is completely dumb as well. There were shitloads and shitloads of white people involved in voter fraud. For all we can guess, the amount of black people voting for Trump in Detroit and elsewhere is way higher than got counted.
If you have secure voting then it won't repeat. The problem was not the voters, and if it is, then we just lost. Interesting how your post implies that we lost fair and square and the problem was with black voters. Interesting concept, after Trump gained in every group except white voters this time around.

What was the race of the GA governor and AG? The MI AG and gov? The people who threatened election certification officials in MI who wanted accountability for Detroit's votes not matching registration records? All white. I could go on and on. And Trump had the highest black support in polls and votes of Republicans in ages.
