I rarely go to Walmart, but even in the north east, they won’t stop you from my experience. At most you’ll get a timid “please wear a mask” by the door greeter spoken in the voice low enough where they hope you didn’t hear them.
I never go to Starbucks but I went today no mask, talked loud dug around in the masks. Chatted loud on the phone with my Mom, ‘OMG Abbott ended the mask mandare!!!! Isn’t awesome??? Free at last!!’ They were all seething making my coffee. Haha hate Starbucks but was worth it. Kek
