Agreed, however for many of us - if HEB continues to require customers to wear face masks, we dont have any option but to travel way out the the way to get groceries unmasked. Who knows if Randalls or whatever won't also require them?
I have been going to HEB since the pandemic started with no mask. One time a lady came to me with a mask. I said ‘no thanks, I’m exempt’. She looked at me funny and walked away. I just smiled and kept going.
Businesses require masks for 1 of 2 reasons:
Membership in group 2 suggests the business has too many customers. This is a self-correcting condition.
