South Dakota never doubted Americans and the only Constitutional State in the nation. Everyone else forgot we are a country of the Self-governed and ruled by decree. Even reopening stinks of their permission to go back to living free.
I'm happy for these States getting their shit together, but every American outside of South Dakota should be scorching earth with lawsuits. Founders were very clear that America is a country of the Self Governed and our Constitutionally protected Rights were infringed.
They have already framed their future plans, I can't remember the exact quotes but everything they did around the election was to protect the fragility that is democracy.

Every other state ruled by decree. Some states decreed to re-open but still rule by decree.
