Brakey has been the Libertarian Party's observer for audits for 15 years and is a self-proclaimed Democrat. He was sp opposed to be able to observe the Dominion audit Maricopa Supervisors just did, but they conveniently banned all political party observers, him included. Read up on him. He has a history of raising venture capital for pie-in-the-sky projects, and is a career huckster, certainly not a highly qualified IT expert. And his claim that "his team" hacked into a Dominion voting machine that was currently being used for voting was flat-out false (and of course he refused to specify the location of the machine or the location or identities of "his team" or provide any evidence at all that this had actually happened).
I've read up on him. He's an inventor with an eccentric personality and a big imagination, like many inventors. But that doesn't mean his methods to prove fraud can't work.

Brakey may be an election fraudster, but Jovan Hutton Pulitzer (real name Jeffry Jovan Philyaw) is an across-the-board fraud.
