That's probably what is going on in Maricopa, at Scotus, in Ga., etc.

NONE of the ballots should be connected to an address in any way. Blind ballot means no connecting a vote to a voter.

Addresses and voter verification isn't done from the ballots because niether are on the ballot.

Of course the ballots can't be connected to addresses or people's names. If they could be, a whole lot of election officials would be looking at prison time.
