The same election officials should not be able to run two elections in a row. A simple rule like this would fix a lot of problems. Multiple teams that rotate, even between counties, would go a long way to help integrity. In addition, new volunteers should probably get precedence (kind of the opppsite of seniority). Right now they very easily just build a clique to oversee the election in certain places and there's no way to break through their corruption. People who spoke out about the fraud are already removed from their positions or at best will be kept away from any nefarious action in the future.

Great idea. How about it being a mix of volunteers and loterry like being called for jury duty.
