He sought and obtained a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) to prohibit Arizona officials from destroying the images. His work mushroomed out into many other U.S. states, generating cooperation from some and obstruction from others. You should call John in as an observer for the forensic audit. He has clout in Arizona. He is also engaged in this election's audit. He works with the AZ Libertarian Party. They were unfairly uninvited and left out of the recent MC 'audit.' It would be fair and helpful to invite John and the LP to the forensic audit. Do you agree? He has a very good eye for catching things. I would also invite the LP attorney Michael Kielsky whom the MC attorneys were jerking around. He reps Brakey and is a former software engineer. The ballots are print outs from the digital copies as far as I've seen evidence for. So, worthless.
What would be the rationale for printouts of digital copies instead of just keeping the originals? I realize it's easier for rigging but what's the justification they attempt or their stated pretext?
So that they don’t violate the order of retaining the ballots for 2 years. I’m no lawyer but I believe the recorder and board think they can weasel around that law with copies.
Who was responsible for the custody of the original ballots? Will they be prosecuted?
The prior, interim and current county treasurers should be held responsible and investigated for not taking custody of the ballots ASAP after the election was certified.
Do the scan images at least show if it was an adjudicated ballot versus non adjudicated? If so it would be easy to find statistical impossibilities. IE 90% went to Biden and in general be way above the normal.

UGH. We need much stronger legislation/clarification in our states to keep the ORIGINAL ballots. Incredible.
So all of these boxes being packed up for show - they could have handed over a USB with digital images of these "ballots" with the same result.
