Who was responsible for the custody of the original ballots? Will they be prosecuted?

The prior, interim and current county treasurers should be held responsible and investigated for not taking custody of the ballots ASAP after the election was certified.

That I don’t know. I’d say the county recorder. And the AG is involved with this at a criminal level investigation.
