The problem is that A) there's no process to remove a sitting president other than impeachment, even if this is proven true. And B) Is it proven in any reasonable time? Evidence being proven in 2027 doesn't help anyone.
And there isnt any process to run a Special Election for the Presidency. I think the closest weve had are for single Congrsssional seats. We have never run into this, hence why it'll be a Constitutional crises. Also, which Congress? If that election was tainted, why should the 117th Congress be legitimate? If fraud is proven publicly, Congress, SCOTUS, and the States all have powers to act on that to recant or contest the original electoral selection.
