Usually you seal the crime scene as the first thing you do. Then you talk about indictments. They got this thing backwards.

Perhaps the problem was the initial investigation was by the Senate. So everybody contacted the Senate instead of the AG. The AG deals with election fraud. Not to many people know that. In this case the AG wasn't talked about it first, only at the end.
