There's no way they weren't doping when the top US runners who were pretty much tied with Blake for second fastest (Gay and Gatling?) were both busted for doping around the same time all those records were being set. Track and Field just turned a blind eye as they knew that unlike baseball they don't have the following to survive a doping scandal like that.
