2 reasons why people wear a mask in their profile picture, and neither are respectable:

  • They are trying to set an example by constantly exposing you to masks, so you feel obligated to wear one.
  • Fashion or hiding your face because you don't like your face (this is a large number of people, and these people will always want the mask mandate to stay as long as possible so they can continue to hide)

Yeah i can relate to the second one. I live in a deep blue area and masks are mandatory at my gym, the one positive I can think of is no one can see my ugly work out face. But I don’t hate my face enough to prefer mask mandates

Loads of woman love masks because they are embarrassed of their face.

I have a religion that doesn't allow this kind of thing.

It's a literal replay of Daniel and Hananiah, Azariah, and Mishael.

There's THAT few people left in the world who won't bow to idols.

Sorry, EVEN ON PAIN OF DEATH I cannot cover my face. It's an idol. God is my protection.

I'll take my chances in the lion's den or furnace.

Even if I weren't religious I'd take the courts and house arrest. Happened to Galileo. Could be any one of us if we're the last man standing.

That's why I always liked Ron Paul's story about the plaque he always kept on his wall about the last righteous man in Sodom.

You forgot one reason: If you're only seen in public masked, no more trimming your nose-hair!

Don’t forget “virtue signaling.”
