I think it might depend on if the school put thier expulsion on record which might cause issues if child decides to go to college. Plus any defamation that may have happened when press got ahold of it. Plus if that cosmetics company joins in saying thier product isn't racist in how it works and it is green not black.

However I am sure they will settle out of court for less than 20 million as most court cases like that go.
