Supreme Court has kind of standing to throw out Election lawsuits given it is a grey area. I mean wtf does supreme Court do in this case. There is no method defined in the constitution to reverse an election after congress ratifies the vote. Power of reversing Election result is given to the Congress by the constitution prior to certification. Congress looked the other way and certified it without going to a contested Election. The thing is supreme Court can't do anything constitutionally after congress ratified the vote because there is no process defined in the constitution to reverse the election after congress ratified it.
