After reviewing the other security camera(s) footage it's clear the troublemaker was recording on his phone's camera from the moment he walked into the store. You can also see where he tried to get me to 'take it outside'. He has been getting trained by my current FedEx driver, whom I've never had an issue with, for the last week but has refused to come into the store until today. Smells like a setup.
