Humans are a product of their environment? Then how can cities like Chicago in the U.S. have the same rate of violence as cities in latin america controlled by narcotraffic?

The difference is much more cultural then where someone is born and raised. If the culture of a poor neighborhood is that of crime then their poverty is a consequence of that sub culture not a product of where they are born.

All you are using is white privilege as crutches when it was never so, our white privilege is to always look into bettering ourselves generation after generation and I hope blacks one day see the truth of what our "privilege" is. If their culture is of predation then it's on them I have nothing to do with it and it sure as hell is not my fault.

Now go ahead glorify their sub culture keep thinking they are victims of their environment and that they have no chance of succeeding. That is the real racist mentality, mine is they have to admit their problems are self generated and address them on their own.
