Dude, I have a friend who’s wife lost her job due to Kung Flu. She has a fairly powerful dad within a company. He gave her a super cushy job that pays 30 bucks an hour.
She hardly does any work at all. She might get one or two things to do a day, and those things usually only take a few minutes. She spends most of her day sleeping, on her phone, and out shopping.

Dude my bf broke up with me because he freaked out after covid and the election. We both continued working at our jobs that were deemed "essential" and suffered no loss of money but we still couldn't make it together as a couple and now I'm without the person I wanted to marry and start a family with. I am so fucking depressed now and I couldn't even imagine how many people decided to get divorced this year. I cant even imagine how much it would hurt to have your spouse freak out and dip. And the kids are being stunted in mental and emotional growth. How fucking sad. Kids are stuck at home watching their parents argue and worse...
