The house and senate would never vote to impeach. Congress is too corrupted. So this scenario isn't likely. If anything, they would go after Trump and censure him and remove him from committees. Our Nation is dead. Agencies are corrupt. Courts are corrupt. Military is corrupt. There is a pall over neighborhoods around me. Still think we're headed for major civil disorder.
Simultaneous impeachment is not technically impossible, but it ain't gonna happen, unfortunately. Still, just Trump getting a House seat and bumping Pelosi out of her Speaker position would be a hell of a lot of fun. I can't imagine he'd actually do it, but he actually could do it if he wanted to.
Pretty sure the president can’t just select their own new vice president the way you are suggesting. The constitution typically spells out contingency plans which do not allow for unelected representatives to become president. Constitutional lawyers (or those who have the relevant section handy) feel free to chime in here.

Joe gets impeached, Kamala becomes president, Kamala picks new vp before her impeachment
Sorry to bust the bubble but your post is an impossiblity.

I can't see Trump as a congressman. He's an executive.
He'd still be an executive no matter what official position he was holding. Trump with a House seat would be wild!

Isn't Mar-A-Lago located in a very blue district, though? That doesn't bode well for Trump getting elected to congress?
I could easily see this happening in this fever dream we call reality.
This is pure fantasy, but it's a beautiful one.
I'm in it for the meltdowns alone.
I think I heard Speaker doesn’t even need to be a congressman to be elected
