As far as I am concerned, these people can say home for the rest of their lives and wear 6 masks when they go out to get groceries or walk the dog.
The way I see it they have spent a year existing NOT living in terror of human contact. If they want to exist day to day for the rest of their life so they can feel good about "saving just one like, maybe" so be it. I don't care.
