I know that this is an unpopular opinion. I'm not so sure that President Trump should run again unless we have some answers to unresolved questions:
- He's been telling us for years that they "got them all". Why did he leave office without disclosing what they had?
- How could he have let himself be surrounded by so many backstabbers? Great leaders have great people under them. I realize that he didn't have that many people to choose from but really, Pence?
- He brought on Bill Barr. What exactly did Barr do?
- Durham? I mean does the guy even exist?
- He knew that there would be foul play in the election hence the 2018 EO. If he knew, how was he not prepared? This right here troubles me the most.
- A lot of people put their livelihoods and reputation on the line for the fight against voter fraud -- Gen Flynn, Powell, Lin Wood, Byrne, Guilliani -- he's seemed to just left them all hanging.
I supported the President, and I still do. But I'm really struggling with not having the answers to these questions.
The answer is right in front of you, should you choose to acknowledge it.
While Trump has done more to wake people up to the existence of the swamp than anyone, he is far from the Titan that many on here have made him to be in their minds. Many on this sight have created this image in their minds of Trump as some invincible, infallible genius that is on an ordained quest from God himself. They have basically made Trump their Messiah. In reality Trump might be a Patriot, he might have been on our side, but he is far from our Savior.
Too much was placed on his shoulders. The whole “trust the plan” bullshit was pumped out for this very reason. There was no plan, or at least not a solid one. Once you realize this the answers are there. He was in way over his head and was talking out of his ass.
At the end of the day, Trump had far too much to lose by crossing the Rubicon. He was not willing to push the issue. While I totally understand that, and don’t totally fault him for it, I can never forgive him for calling his supporters to DC and then totally hanging them out to dry.
There is a lot to question. They "have everything" is either true or it's bullshit. What were we given...? Repeatedly asking his ppl (many of which were financially strapped by that point because of cov) to go to DC for what reason? Now suggesting a future while still taking about the steal. How the left won't move on but rather keep Trump in the headlines.
