So far they now demand mask always in Stockholm metro, but I don't know how strictly they enforce it since there's no cops available. And they banned alcohol in restaurants after 8.30 pm. So yea, this virus apparently only spread after 8.30pm, not before.

Particularly Ebba, the leader for the christian conservative party.
