Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, a supposed co-owner of Mandalay Bay, was said to have reserved several top floors on the weekend of the shooting. Duckduckgo his name plus Mandalay Bay and a bunch of 2017 articles of questionable authority discuss the connection.
