Strange to me that what is effectively an ethnic lobbying group like the ADL gets to interact with federal authorities in the hopes that their enemies will be targeted and the issue of conflicts of interest on their part is never raised in the press.
He was a prohibited person, probably because he beat his wife/girlfriend that's generally how you get on the prohibited person list, who used a firearm while posting incredibly stupid and viral stuff on the internet and got noticed.
He wasn't charged for any of the things he did on the internet. He was charged for owning a gun when he was on the list of people who can't own guns.

Paul Miller was not a rocket scientist, after watching some of his videos, I highly doubt his IQ broke 90. He is not a martyr, he is a retarded dumb ass.
Indeed he's not some kind of sainted martyr and no one should treat him as such but the broader issue is the important one that this is how they are going to target right wing people -- good, bad and otherwise -- going forward and people should be vigilant. There's so many laws that people break one or more everyday so if you're openly right wing and known then I'd advise you to not even jay walk because someone like the ADL, the SPLC or someone else will notice it and you will be punished.
For the vast majority of right-wing people the simple solution is to get off social media. Move to parler, gab, this site etc and use Pseudonymous aliases. If you have any accounts connected to your real name, clean it all up and delete it. If you are going to keep using facebook to stay in touch with family/friends then don't talk politics on there, ever. If you have any commie friends, they will try to report you for anything and everything. Just look at all the people who got busted on jan 6th, lots of the tips came from their "friends" on facebook forwarding the images to the FBI, how nice of them.
Also of course don't do anything stupid online that draws attention to yourself and if you insist on doing stuff then use TOR browser bundle and tails USB.
