I don't doubt in certain sectors and workplaces in all of America there's been racism against blacks in 40 years. I'm sure it happened somewhere by someone. However, I am certain in the past 40 years that a white man in academia is disadvantaged compared to a similarly or even less skilled black professor or female professor.
