No. It isn't a complete QR code. It needs to be re done with color replacement. I don't have photoshop on the computer I am on. I am hoping someone who is fluent with something like this, and interested, will just see if my idea works. I stumbled onto this idea. I posted what made me think of it.
I ran out of control z's. Use the original file! The problem is paint could be wrong since we are changing "blocks" of color not knowing which one they should be. Does paint have a color swap?
They say the one the left looks like Hitler. I still don't see it. Maybe it's one of those pictures where only a small percentage of people can see it.

I used the fill bucket. Maybe someone can pop the original into photo shot and change one of the whites to black and see what pops up? I ran out of control z's to get the back to a prior state. The one on the left is supposedly the lower half of Hitler's face- moustache and mouth.
I think it is the tape rip marks remind them of men with facial hair.
