Bonus points if you have the ability to change metrics or testing so you can fix the fictitious problem and take credit. Alternatively, convince people that eternal truths are a problem to be fixed and can only be fixed with impossible solutions. Since the solution will never come and the problem will continue, you will always be able to blame the made up problem. Totally not talking about Covid or climate change though.
