They begin with the assumption that ANY racial disparity in ANY area of society is “proof” of “systematic racism” and then refocus all resources to solve this problem often at the cost of neglecting the majority. How is this worse? There is scientific evidence of racial differences in many traits(IQ, work ethic, impulsivity, delayed gratification, etc); if we assume this theory is even partially accurate there is no “solving” the “problem” because there is no problem to solve. Social justice is caught in a paradox that will inevitably destroy everything it touches.
