I've lost my parents..... 🚔 PARTY OF CRIME 🚔
posted ago by MikelovesTrump ago by MikelovesTrump +1327 / -2

So, I went to visit my parents after almost a year of them refusing physical visits. They now feel somewhat safe. My dad decides to start trashing Trump. He was spitting out every lie that we've seen shared by CNN/MSNBC/ fake news. He claimed that there was no voter fraud, no antifa at the capital and that the Proud Boys are the ones who burned down cities last year and that BLM was trying to protect their communities. He then went on a rant that I shouldn't have a right to say anything because I didn't vote when I was 24 years old. He made the ridiculous statement that we came SO close to losing our Democracy. My son and I sadly got up and quietly walked out from the visit. My parents are lost. They spent the last 4 years being programmed and there is no hope. They have been lied to so much that no amount of "proof" will change their minds.

Yeah. My hubby and I are millennials.

We are in the minority of our generation.

We are a rare few, I’m 25 and almost all of my friends now after college are 40+ for good reason.

I'm 45, hubby is 40. We have a toddler. We keep saying we are the last generation that they are aiming to kill off. Older people (60+) already are set in their ways and cant fight like when they are younger and everyone under 30 is already indoctrinated to the bs. I know not "all" but it isnt easy to find normal people to just be friends with that have young kids. Thankfully I am a sahm and will be homeschooling and my boy will be in many activities.

But strangely I’d rather have it this way. Something happens in everyone’s lives that forces their social to be smaller. Nothing good in life worth holding onto comes easy. Besides, even in my mid 20s sooo many people my age can’t even get their own place still because they’re lazy so yeah fuck those kinds of people.
