Don't let this fool you. Even if it is their own, they always use this stuff as precedent. If there a president they don't like? Big whoop, they will use such a precedent to hog tie anyone, Cuomo is just a fall guy for their bigger MO, which is in general, strip local government of their power to govern. We have two sides warring right now in the news: Texas which is exercising their government, and Cuomo who is being stripped of his powers just as they would like to do for Texas.
