Soy oil is in all major baby formulas.

Soy is in almost all premade foods.

Ice cream, sprinkles, chocolate candy, premade breads including sub shops, some supplements, deli meats, breaded foods,

You have to make the majority of your food to avoid it.

Soy oil isn't considered an allergen because not everyone reacts to it, so if you look at an allergen menu and don't see it listed, don't assume you're in the clear.

That was a major problem for my son. Being new parents, we told our doctor that he throws up a lot. The doctor looked down over his glasses and told us that babies spit up frequently. So we went home and didn't think much of it. 4 weeks later, we went into doctor for the next check up and my son spewed all over the doctor and halfway across the room. Our doctor asked us if he has ever done that before. We said "all the time." He said " Why didn't you tell me that?" But we did... you said that all babies spit up."

My wife was breastfeeding him during the day and supplementing with formula at night. Short story long, she went back to breastfeeding only. We didn't truly find out that it was a soy allergy until he was in middle school.

Best of luck... it is really super hard to find products without soy in them.
