So the kid wasn't going to school. The mother didn't pay any attention. She assumed he was passing because he was not being held back, then when it was time to graduate she was finally told that he only passed three classes. It sounds like everyone failed, the student, the school and the mother. Yup, exactly what I expect from a democrat run society.
