Exactly but the response to this nonsense has always been to just throw more money at the schools. Perhaps charter schools should be implemented throughout these shit holes to help these kids. Parents need to take an active role as well, can't always blame the "system" or the "man".

School Choice would help many, definitely. But not those with parents as oblivious as her.
