They could save time and do the entire course in less than 2 minutes: "Anyone who is not white or looks like an LGBTQ+XZYABC can do whatever they want. The darker the skin tone or the more degenerate looking the more they are allowed to break laws. Don't look at them, don't ask them to pay. White hetero people however must pay double and sit on the floor".
