My niece and nephew are officially going to catholic school when they're old enough. Spots already held for them. My brother got the K-5 reading list for the local public screwl, and it includes full-on racial equity training. One of the books is a pro-hijab picture book. The reading list came with question prompts for the kids to answer along the lines of "Based on what you read, what would you change about our racist society?"

Do not put your head in the sand when it comes to your school boards. Go to the meetings, bring the fight to them.
