This is not to start an argument, she’s free to make choices for her own health and body. The problem comes when you insult or bully people into making the same choices you do. If she isn’t concerned about long term health issues, that’s on her. I am. If the manufacturers can’t tell me if there are long (or short) term effects, neither can she.
