Would have to be a low altitude flight, no transponder, no n number visible from a private airfield or the pilot will eat the fine for littering. If he doesnt get hauled up for some b.s. charges for the above non-advice.

Maybe it needs to be done via cars. Distro out printouts to patriots, and then go spread them around as they head to work, or on the weekend.
