Peter Navarro never said anything bad about Jared Kushner but he didn't praise him either. Was he good or bad for Trump? His criminal reform and Israel were his pet projects and he did well in those areas.

I'm not sure where I fall on Kushner. He always had access to Trump and he isn't really associated with the inside circle who later turned out to be UniParty or direct traitors.
