The prisons are full already and they refuse to overfill them, instead a convicted felon is released while waiting for their sentence. There's less than 200 cops per 100 000 inhabitants on average, even less in the rural areas. There's no way they could possibly enforce this.
Any organization labeled "raysist" could just take donations in Bitcoin instead of SEK.
