The funny thing is when I lived in North Carolina, there were a lot of black people that lived in those too. I remember one that was dressing it up by putting cinder blocks and bricks on the bottom so it would look less like a trailer.
We never judged anybody for it, we knew that some people are in a better position financially than others, and not all people that are poor opt for Section 8.
