What exactly are you advocating? What do you mean by this statement, "allowing it to happen"? Are we suppose to predict what they're going to ban next?
This is a matter of perspective. Right-winged people were happy with their lives and just wanted to be left alone. They had books, games, movies, and guns that they enjoyed happily.
Now the Left has decided that we can't have those things, so we are reacting because those were ours. We are reacting because the Left are changing the rules and social norms. To say that the Right should be "pro-active" is to suggest the Left has something we want - they don't - or to suggest the total annihilation of those on the Left - which is exactly what they want to do to us.
So, cancelling Dr Seuss is example of being pro-active??? I beg to differ. The left is hyper reactionary. They control the levers of power so their reactions gain traction. Aside from our wallets, we have no power.
