In the "COVID Relief" bill there is $5,000,000,000 set aside under the Agriculture portion for "loan payoffs for socially disadvantaged farmers". I looked up what that is, and it's to pay off loans for American Indians or Alaskan Natives, Asians, Blacks or African-Americans, Native Hawaiians or other Pacific Islanders, Hispanics, and women farmers. What does this have to do with COVID exactly?

perhaps this is gates' plan. to structure the sale of his farms to minorities buying them on loans
from the flyer: "a special loan program to assist SDA and beginning farmers in purchasing a farm."
