I'm not commenting on the validity of this particular claim, but think of what you're saying - you're mad that he failed to deliver previous times, and then when he drops a 200 page document, you say "no, I'm not going to even look at this delivery because you didn't deliver"
He WAS right about Pence. The guy is kooky, but I chalk it up to Alex Jones syndrome. He knows the truth, but no one will listen because it sounds crazy, which makes him crazy trying to get people to wake up and listen.
