Honestly, you kind of sound like Graham or Romney, just a rino who thinks they have control over things they dont, and considers themselves far smarter than most of humanity, and always knows what it takes for "victory" more than any other members of the nation. Its a stifling arrogance, that boxes you up in modes of stagnant uselessness, while playing pointless games for pointless "wins", and you draw resources from actual battles actually damaging the very public image you seek to preserve.
