I'm not a scholar but isn't there something in the constitution that gives us the legal authority to throw off an illegitimate or unconstitutional government when it obtains control? At what point can it be legally said that, that's it, that's enough, it's ok, go ahead and remove the usurpers. That's what they basically did in 1776, once they defined/declared what our form of government would be (didn't include being dictated to by the British). Asking for a friend!

The problem is during the revolution powerful American leaders were on our side. We don’t have people like that anymore, no one wants to fight for their rights except for us. Trump should’ve led it, but even then he wouldn’t of had help from other states.
Exactly this. We lack leaders that are based in reality. The best we've got are social media "stars".
