TX should sue the Biden administration or federal government. This is crappy behavior. If there is no choice, that's one thing. That Biden is directing ICE to do this... that's intentionally damaging the state. Take them to court minimally to stop that policy. Maybe they can get a few $billion to shore up their medical facilities treating these infected people, or set up quarantines for them.
