someone here posted a link to an article saying that cuomo's team said they were merely following federal (cdc, etc) guidelines when they sent people to nursing homes.
so guess what? if there actually were CDC guidelines suggesting that nursing homes should take covid patients, what does that do your little fantasy that democrat governors are going to go to prison for murder? when they can just point and say 'the federal government GAVE us this idea'?
NY is blue enough that the governor can murder the elderly and be re-elected. But not every state who did the same thing is.
